Policies
When a reservation is made a $1,000 intial Deposit is required. The balance is due in two installments with the last payment due 60 days before your scheduled week. A refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit of $500 per house is due upon arrival.

Cancellations
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, regardless of the reason must be made 60 days prior to your stay, for a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will result in forfeiture of 50% of Payments made. If we are able to rebook the homes, you will receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee.
A change in reservation date with less than 60 days notice will result in a $35 processing fee.
Check-In: 5PMCheck-Out: 10AM
A Rental Contract will be mailed and must be returned within a week with your initial Deposit.
