Load up your boat for a day trip to historic Stehekin, and tie it up to your private dock or buoy upon your return. This private property includes two homes. The Waterfront Home lies 20 feet from the water and sleeps ten in two spacious bedrooms, plus an additional sleeping area. It has three bathrooms and 2,200 square feet, as well as an 80’ deck.

The Lakeview Home is situated 80’ behind the main home and looks over it to capture the water view. It is new and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home has full use of the waterfront, comfortably sleeps six, and has 1,000 square feet of living space, plus a 33’ deck.

Both homes are nicely furnished and fully equipped and are rented together. Each has an open floor plan and is perfect for entertaining family or friends.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Waterfront Home: King size bed, Queen size bed,sofa-bed, 1 day bed, & 2 day beds with trundles.

Lakeview Home: One King size bed, one Queen size bed, and one day bed with trundle.
